Hi, Society

As crazy as this sounds, your brain is like a muscle.
And the less you use it, the weaker it gets.
There are a hundred different apps and programs designed to tell you when to put your phone away or what your perfect morning routine should be, but no matter how hard we try...we never seem to listen.
Because what the digital health industry fails to understand is that it's not enough to build the tools for a perfect life if you don't know how to live it.
If your brain is like a muscle, then Hi, Society is like the personal trainer, the gym membership, and the meal plan all in one.

Program Overview

01
Digital Minimalism
You'll take an assessment about your personal habits, your pain points, and where your focus seems to lack. You’ll have a tailored roadmap as well as a daily routine so you know where and when to start.
You'll learn about the science behind cognitive patience, dopamine, and the systems that control our urges and desires throughout the day.
This is also where you will begin to examine the sources of physical clutter, mental distraction, and begin daily practices to rewire the way that you think.
PHASE ONE
02

Theraputic Reading
PHASE TWO
Let's see if you can't fall in love with reading again. Using the cognitive research around reading, we will begin to explore how the simple act of picking up a book can begin to rewire your brain.
You'll begin to learn about the effects of reading on the brain, why the goal-oriented are drawn to narratives, and how to integrate intentional play into your life instead o just mindless scrolling.
You'll begin to reading, both as a form of relaxation and rehabilitation, working to rebuild working memory, short term memory, and long term memory by simply picking up a book.

03
Theraputic Writing
PHASE THREE
As you begin to understand the cognitive function of reading, writing becomes a super power, not as a skill to attain but as a mental exercise that improves your productivity, anxiety, depression and overall mental load with minimal effort.
During this phase you will spend time exploring a few different forms of writing, from journaling to self-story work and review their effect on your daily life.
The goal is not to have homework, but practice small habits for big results. The smallest amount of effort for the greatest return in mental fitness and digital health.
04
Deep Work
Coined by Computer Scientist Cal Newport, Deep Work is the summit of this program. Using the foundations of cognitive science and rehabilitative reading and writing, you'll learn how to fully apply these habits into your work
It is possible for you to not only find freedom from your phone or mental clutter, but to actively be more productive, do more for less, and make your life your own again.
